Flirty fun….

  Well now, that got your attention, didn’t it???? LOL But this is what I was talking about…. I am determined to have my version finished before the year is out so I have been working on it today. So,  in between friends visiting to spread Christmas cheer…. I picked my sashing colours….. (not the best photos on a dull, dreary, yet sultry day!!!!) …then started to piece them together… I completed this last block on Sunday…before my computer decided to ‘go on a short holiday’!!!!!  (all fixed now!) Can you see the little ladybirds all in a row?? And here they are, starting to come together… I’m quite happy with the way it’s turning out…..much better than the photos show…after all, it was about 8pm when I took these last ones….fluorescent lights don’t really do it justice! I know they’re predicting more rain over the next week, but hopefully we’ll have a ‘sneak’ of sunshine, so I can show you a completed Flirting with Flowers wall hanging in the next day or two. I also know the weather-people are pretty well right this time……my knee is giving me so much grief and these pretty,  little maidens, I know them as dove orchids, are always an accurate, tell-tale sign!!!! Hope the weather’s not holding you back on having some fun!
