another finish and…..

…..many apologies! I have been a bit remiss about replying to all the comments I’ve been sent on my last couple of posts so I REALLY DO apologise…I think I’ve just been feeling a little burnt out lately, and I WILL get to them this week, so thank you for being patient with me !!! begging dog I’ve taken a few days just to stop and smell the roses and I think I’m back on track and ready with my mojo to tackle the world!!! I’ve finished my deep dish pincushion which was made using charm squares.  This one is Moda’s “Fandango” by Kate Spain 001 002 003 I’m just loving this fabric design…it was so hard to pick which charm square I was going to use for the top…..so I might just have to make another one!!!! tulips-borderth Back to the roses…..spring must be just around the corner….the weather’s warming up and the garden is just bursting….and I have been enjoying taking time out in the outdoors with….. my favourite rose,006 a flowering aloe vera plant….007 a healthy strawberry plant…013 can you see the strawberries?…..009 The bees are starting to get busy in our orange trees…018 and the fragrance is just spectacular…..I only hope the oranges are as sweet as the smell!!!014 Charlie’s even enjoying the warm early spring days…..008 Aaaaah, just perfect to inspire me and bring back my mojo!!!! Make sure you take time out to enjoy the beauty around you too….it’s amazing what it does for your soul! Take care and have a wonderful week. sugary hugs OX Wendy :o)
